Mather Campground

There are 319 sites for tents and RV’s available at Mather Campground, including group sites that have a capacity of 50 people and three vehicles. It is strongly recommended that visitors make reservations during the peak tourist season, March 1 through mid November. Each site includes: campsite grills, picnic tables, water and toilets, close to showers, dump station, and a laundromat.
March to mid November: $18.00 for each campsite per night; $50.00 per night for group campsite
Mid November to February 28: $15.00for each campsite per night; $13.00 per night for group campsite

Desert View Campground

Located 26 miles/ 42 km east of Grand Canyon Village.
All campgrounds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 50 dry campsites available and each campsite can accommodate 2 tents or one small trailer. Desert View Campground is on the east side of the South Rim and a short walk from the Desert View Visitor Center, overlook and store. Each Site includes: campfire grill, picnic table, restrooms, two cold water faucets located throughout the campground. $12.00 for each campsite.
Trailer Village
Open year round, the Trailer Village is located only ½ mile from the south rim inside the National Park. Each site includes: picnic table, barbecue grill, electrical service, cable TV, water and sewage hook-ups, and dump station. Nearby are camper services that provide coin-operated showers, laundry facilities, and telephones for a small fee.
